Vermiste & Gevonden Katten in Watford

She has one eye and is quite a nervous cat with stranger's

quite a big white and tabby cat, chipped and neutered but refuses to wear a collar, last seen 28th of march, i really need him back with me:(

He has microchip and is neutered!
