Nochka - Soi Ekkamai 4

Nochka disappeared on Sunday the 2nd of July. On Monday the 8th she came back by herself. Her belly and two front paws were shaved, looked like she had a surgery! There was a fresh scar. She felt ok, so we decided to wait a couple of days before bringing her to the vet. On Wednesday I let her out (we live in a townhouse). She was always around. But at 1 pm she disappeared and didn’t return since. She would always come when we call for her. We think she is stolen and kept captive by some of our neighbors. She managed to escape once, but they caught her again. If you have any information please help! The whole situation is very weird and scary! P.s. Nochka got the tip of her right ear cut off. The day she went missing (2nd of July) our second cat came home with the same wound!
